Nameplate & Panel Technology has the ability to provide a number of in-house post-printing options:
Die cutting: At NPT we utilize steel rule dies for fabrication of finished graphics, typically used for higher volume production jobs, providing a standard dimensional tolerance of +/- .010”.
Laser cutting: A great way to cut low volume and prototype orders. A process that saves time, allows for quick dimensional modifications, and avoids the cost associated with purchasing a cutting die.
Embossing: NPT has the ability to add embossing features to graphics in a wide range of shapes, sizes, and profiles.
Laminating: Laminating adhesives (selective or full coverage), as well as protective and permanent overlaminants are all done in-house.
Metal Fabrication: For graphics requiring a more rigid foundation, NPT has the ability to cut to size, with holes when required, a range of aluminum and stainless back plates.
